Isiah Mason Inks Deal with Philadelphia Spirits (ABA)


Isiah Mason cropIsiah Mason (6’2 G, Philadelphia PA) will start his professional career close to home as he and the team that signed him; The Philadelphia Spirit are looking to surprise the ABA in their inaugural season.

Isaiah participated in the 2013 iBall Focus Camp in Neshaminy, PA last November, where he played with and against some of the top free agents across the country. Isaiah will provide the Spirits with instant offense with an ability to spread the floor with his shooting and superb defensive ball-pressure.

During his collegiate career, Isaiah starred for Wilmington University. He led the team in 3-point shooting percentage at 38% and was one of only two players from his alma matter to win the Sam Cozen Small College Player of the year award.  Isiah attended Cardinal Dougherty High School in Philadelphia, earning Honorable Mention in the 2008 Catholic League and team MVP.  He was a Catholic League All-Star in 2007.
