Kelsey Williams (6-7 F, Sandusky, OH) has been impressive early after signing with Caceras 2016 C.B (LEB Plata). He dropped 21 pts and grabbed 10 reb in a recent win over CB Prat Juventud. Williams is currently averaging 17.3 pts and 10.7 reb. and has Caceras sitting atop of League standings with a record of 3-0.
Double-Doubles are nothing new to Williams. As a senior at West Virginia Wesleyan (NCAA -D2), Williams averaged 21.5 points and 10.9 rebounds per outing and was one of three players in the country to average 20 and 10. Williams finished the season with 17 double-doubles.
Williams logged the #1 spot in lateral movement according to statistics by Maxout. His time of 3.2 seconds is extremely impressive for a player his size. Williams was also named to the 2013 iBall Combine All-Athletic team by placing 4th in vertical jump and 6th in multi-directional movement.
At the 2013 iBall Pro Combine, Williams averaged 5.5 pts, 3.5 reb. and 2 steals per game, and also received numerous requests for scouting reports from overseas management before and after the combine.
