Coach Terrell Stokes Sweeps both Mens and Women iBall Pro Combine Championships

2013 brought another coaching sweep of the iBall Combine Championship.  This year it was Coach Terrell Stokes (University of District of Columbia).

We see a trend.

In 2013, Tony Devine (The Original Profender) claimed both titles.  Devine led his men’s team to the 2013, but ‘T’ Stokes and the law of the ‘Full Court’ took judgement.  The two coaches have what Devine has phrased, “The Full Court,” which refers to owning two iBall Pro Combine Championship Trophies–Shane McGinley’s Minibackboards

Rounding out the Women’s championship squad were the sharp shooting all-around athlete, Shelley Monahan (New England – Semi Pro), rebounding sensation Shamika Singleton (WCBL),  super-physical scoring machine Satoria Bell, all-around contributor Joanna Murray, slasher Lyndsey Brognano, and the high-flying Shayla Washington.

In later games, every player on his squad stepped up to contribute.

Derek was supported by two of the combines most outstanding 3-point shooters. Seth Evans also proved himself as a lockdown defender and teamed up with Anthony Trautman a.k.a. Mr. Cluthch to stretch the floor.  Slasher Damon Franklin got to the basket almost at will, and Ryan Phillips was the motor on offense and defense and had some of the best penetrate and dishes of the camp. PG Trinity Fields kept the offense steady with his pick and roll reads and feeds inside, and  Tamir Johnson, the 2012 combine top rebounder, blocked shots and cleaned up everything on the offensive and defensive glass.
