Top athletes spend hundreds or thousands of hours developing their basketball skills. It is hard work and a considerable investment of time and money. But what would you say if I told you that your access to the very skills that you worked so hard to acquire is not simply there for the taking? You will need a code to access the skills that you have worked to develop!

It is the nature of basketball. One game you can play incredibly well and showcase your talents. In the very next game, it is as if someone has stolen all the skills you worked to develop. The reason that you can perform well one day and struggle the next game is because your focus and attitude serve like pass codes to access your athletic abilities and skills.

It is often said that basketball is a game of runs. This is true for the very same reason that I just mentioned. Your focus and attitude can change in a matter of seconds – so can your athletic abilities. Every seasoned basketball player has experienced that moment when nothing you do seems to be working properly – your skills have vanished and your ability to execute familiar strategies is gone.

The Focus & Attitude Coach helps teams and players maintain open access to the athletic assets they have worked so hard to acquire. If a shift in focus and attitude can steal all your hard work and cost you the game or the season, you need to take it seriously. The implementation of a focus and attitude curriculum is an absolute necessity for a team that is serious about winning. In basketball, what happens between the lines begins with what is happening between the ears!
